In response to a growing demand for multi-layer products, we would like to present our product: FINISHPARKIET - a floor made of genuine wood, universal and unaffected by changes in fashion, suitable for flats and offices.

This is your well-being and comfort.

Each individual floorboard, measuring 490x70x14 mm, is covered with five layers of varnish. 1m2 of the parquet is covered with about 90 g of varnish which is highly resistant to abrasion. The varnish spread in this way is permanently bound with the wood and it does not peel off.

The floorboards are machine-polished (not traditionally, i.e. on the floor) thanks to which the woodworking corresponds to the standards for ready-made parquets. The thickness of floorboards makes it possible, with no extra evening, to combine them with ceramic tiles, and their thermal permeability allows using underfloor heating.

There are also other kinds of wood in our range, including exotic wood.

It is worth noting that ...

The floorboard layers are perpendicular to one another which prevents natural stresses and distortions of the wood. The top thickness of the floorboard of 6.5 mm excludes any deformation, which is likely to occur with a 16 or 22 mm thick solid element.

The varnish coat does not significantly raise the wood hardness. Its advantage lies in the fact that, in case of damage of wood surface, it deforms along with it and does not crack nor does it peel off.

Before the first cleaning, the floor must be impregnated so that water does not penetrate the microgaps between the floorboards.

Sticking the boards to the ground prevents the effect of resonance.

Before laying the parquet

the packaging in which FINISHPARKIET is sold is not hermetic.

the parquet should be stored in original, undamaged packages in premises with steady temperature of 18-22°C and relative air humidity of 45-60%. It should be unpacked directly before laying.

the ground dampness should not exceed 2.0% for cement and 0.5% for anhydrite, when measured with the CM (carbide) method.

it is recommended to apply a primer before glue is spread.

laying the parquet should be the last building activity in the premises. If it is necessary to paint walls and the ceiling afterwards, the flooor should be first impregnated and then thoroughly covered with protective foil.

During the parquet laying

while laying the parquet, the air temperature should be 18 ¸22°C and air humidity - from 45 to 60%. This range of temperature and humidity corresponds to the parquet dampness which amounts to 9±2% and which should be maintained throughout the parquet use.

only glues that are recommended for varnished parquets should be used.

floorboards dirtied with glue must be cleaned in accordance with the producer's instructions, the resistance test results taken into account. It is advisable to do a cleaning test on elements that are not glued to the ground.

After the parquet laying

The finished floor should be first of all protected with a maintenance agent suitable for varnished parquets.

Covering the FINISHPARKIET floor with an impregnant does not provide a hundred-percent protection against water absorption.

FINISHPARKIET does not have to be additionally varnished.

The floor should be cleaned with a damp cloth and any excess of water must be avoided.

When in the normal ambiant temperatures (of 18 ¸22°C), relative humidity is:
-below 45¸50%, the boards will shrink and gaps will occur between them. The floor may also undergo shape distortions.
-above 55¸60%, it may result in shape distortions or bulging of the floor.
